Overview
The Problem
Nigeria had no centralised system for tracking gas-powered vehicle compliance. Data was fragmented across vehicle registration, inspection authorities, and regional regulatory bodies. Manual reporting processes caused delays, inaccuracies, and limited visibility into LNG vs CNG adoption trends. Decision-makers at the Ministry lacked the tools to proactively identify non-compliance or allocate enforcement resources effectively.
What I Built
A centralised compliance tracking platform that ingests real-time data from multiple sources, automates compliance monitoring, and surfaces actionable intelligence through an executive-level dashboard. The system provides a single source of truth for tracking 24,000+ gas-powered vehicles, with automated alerting for expired inspections, risk classification by region, and trend analytics to inform national energy policy.
